Fondée par deux architectes DPLG (Jacques PIERLOT- Amine TAZIR) et bénéficiant de la collaboration d’architectes indépendants l'agence FRDZ est un cabinet d’architectes polyvalents travaillant sur tous types de projets : bâtiments industriels, équipements hôteliers, bureaux, logements.
L’agence détient à son actif de multiples références et réalisations en France, en Europe et en Afrique.
Le cabinet possède notamment, une expertise particulière dans l’étude et le suivi de réalisations des bâtiments logistiques et industriels à fort impact environnemental
Depuis quelques années, les associés ont développé une stratégie à l’export en ciblant le domaine des bâtiments logistiques
Outre ces compétences dans le domaine de la maîtrise d’œuvre, les architectes s'occupent de l’optimisation de projets d’implantations industrielles en relation avec les contraintes d’urbanisme et d’architecture.
L'expertise en matière d’impact environnemental d’activités générant des bâtiments importants en surface et en volume, amène l'agence à être en mesure de proposer des solutions rationnelles, optimisées, fonctionnelles dans le cadre d’une architecture contemporaine respectueuse de l’environnement pouvant s'appuyer sur une démarche de type HQE®.
